Outstanding Item List (OIL) is a mobile application for Work Package Constructor (WPC) to submit and add on the OIL Form from your mobile device, so that Supervising Consultant (SC) and Project Delivery Partner (PDP) can later pick up the forms and review electronically. By mobilizing the current manual works and workflows, all OIL information, forms and photos will be recorded and stored in the database. This can then be easily retrieved from the system anytime, anywhere.
