When you sign up for Miactive you will be asked to complete a short quiz, after which a personalized program will be generated based on your goals.

The Miactive app is free for download but requires an active subscription, offered both monthly and yearly. New subscribers selecting the monthly option receive a trial period free of charge. Annual subscriptions are paid in full upon purchase, while monthly subscriptions are billed each month.
Upon confirming your purchase, your credit card will be charged via your iTunes account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours before the subscription period ends, and renewals will not see a price increase.
Subscription management and the option to disable auto-renewal are available in your iTunes Account Settings following your purchase. Please note, refunds are not available for any unused portions of the subscription once purchased.
