You can see when parcels are on their way to you, if you’ve sent something, or if a parcel’s being returned to sender.

Flexible Delivery Options
Expecting a parcel but can’t be there to receive it? No problem! With My DHL, it takes just a few clicks to amend your delivery. You can even make changes right up until the moment the driver is at your door. Choose a different time, a place around your home, a DHL ServicePoint nearby, or delivery to your favorite neighbor.

Track and Trace
Keep track of all of your parcels with the useful overview in My DHL. Your dashboard shows you what you’ve sent and which shipments are on their way to you. If you want to see orders for other members of your household, simply add the e-mail addresses that they use to place online orders, and they’ll appear in your overview. No parcel will ever escape your attention again!

Just For You
My DHL app is available in English and Dutch. You can choose your preferred language in your profile. You can also add additional e-mail addresses and the addresses at which you receive parcels, such as your home address and work address.
