This free App allows you to calculate user-specific energy savings, cycle time reductions and CO2 emission reductions generated by using polypropylene (PP) clarified with Millad NX 8000 versus traditional clarified PP.

Traditional clarifiers for polypropylene require high processing temperatures to optimize transparency. The improved solubility of Millad™ NX® 8000 provides revolutionary clarity at significantly lower temperatures than traditional clarifiers. Lower temperatures mean lower energy consumption and shorter cycle times for an overall productivity boost.

Numerous trials carried out by Millad innovator Milliken have proven that the ability to process Millad NX 8000 at lower temperatures than other clarifying agents can often cut energy consumption by 15-20% - and in some cases by over 30%. It can regularly yield cycle time reductions of as much as 15%.
