MILO Champ Squad app is an exciting new health, fitness and activity tracker designed to help kids get the most out of every day.

* Track your child’s activity and food intake to make sure they’re meeting their daily energy targets.
* Fun, interactive games encouraging kids to learn new sports skills and team up with friends to compete in physical challenges.

TRACK PROGRESS

Keep track of every step via the parent’s dashboard. See how much energy your child is burning, as well as finding out interesting and relevant nutrition advice to help guide you each day

The kid's dashboard is a fun and exciting section that empowers your child to keep track of their activity - including how many steps they've made each day and a simple chart to show them how they are progressing. They may view their avatar, upgrading it using points they’ve earned from hitting daily activity goals.

LEARN SKILLS

Learn skills by scanning MILO packs to unlock new content:
The MILO Champ Squad app allows you and your child to scan MILO packs to unlock sports content and earn points. The content includes training tips, lessons about the values kids can learn through sport.

Become a champion with challenges and badges:
To put the skills into practice, your child will be set various skills challenges to complete, which will encourage them to get more active. When children achieve these challenge goals, they are rewarded with Champ points to use to update their avatar’s swag, found in the Champ Shop.

IMPROVE NUTRITION

With the easy to use MILO Nutrition Assistant, you can plan your child’s meals with a few simple clicks.

Simple Meal Planner:
Using the app's nutrition interface menu, see how many kilojules your child is burning each day, and plan meals accordingly. This keeps track of their nutrition and progress with ease.

Food facts:
The meal planner also shows a detailed breakdown of the nutritional content of each food item, so you can keep track of exactly what your child is eating.

Share your plan
For parents with more than one child, it's easy to create multiple meal plans with the simple 'copy your plan' function on the app.

BUILD A FUTURE CHAMPION

The MILO Champ Squad app and Champ band brings world class coaching, inspiration and nutrition guidance in this simple to use app, helping parents all over the world fuel the champion within their children.
