Mimentra is a mindfulness app designed to address specific issues for students in grade 6 – post-secondary. We collaborated with students and mental health professionals in creating specific practices to common experiences. Situations range from test anxiety, difficulty sleeping, and power of self-worth.

We understand you have preferences! So a variety of mindfulness practices are offered for each situation, ranging from 3-10 minutes, including mindful movement for study breaks. Looking for a deeper experience? You will also have access to advance practices, ranging from 20-30 minutes.

After each practice, complete a short self-reflection to determine your stress signatures in the body. Learn to identify your emotions, and differentiate them from your thoughts. By recognizing your own automatic patterns, you will learn how to build resilience to stress reactivity.
