Combining hardware and software, we deliver a complete cold chain compliance solution via an app that has been developed to drive end-user engagement and deliver easy-to-use insight.

The Mindsett solution makes it possible to track a range of variables in real time, including temperature, security, vibration, energy, humidity, noise and hygiene. This broad scope facilitates the automation of compliance procedures such as legionella testing, emergency lighting and fridge temperatures, freeing up front-line staff and ensuring that data is easily accessible online.

Having established a baseline profile of energy consumption and activity, the Mindsett solution uses machine learning to identify irregularities caused by usage patterns and equipment malfunction. For example, if a medical fridge has been left open too long, the app will send an alert to the appropriate member of staff. If left unresolved, the app will escalate the issue.

Our solution can prove that temperature and light conditions have been within tolerance during transport and storage, thanks to the off-line capability of our bespoke sensors. From the temperature of each part of a fridge, to whether the door is closed properly, all factors can be monitored and reported in real time and without the need for time-consuming manual checks. There is also scope to add another layer of security, creating full visibility of when supplies were accessed and by which personnel, all in real time.
