This app allows MinRisk customers to perform machine safety risk assessments on mobile devices, making the process simpler, faster, and more effective.

• Use your mobile device to perform machine assessments and on-site reviews for an incredibly efficient risk assessment workflow.
• Create and edit machine assessment records, with data points including assessment date, assessor name/s, labels, location, images, and more.
• Add and edit hazards relating to each machine – over 20 data points are available, including ratings, images, and personnel.
• Add information about hazard controls, including images, costs, relevant Safety Standards, and the impact on hazard reduction.

• Turn a machine assessment into a digitally signed PDF report with a single click.
• Share your assessment report in iOS using the Actions menu (choose from AirDrop, email, print, and more).
• Automated reports comply with international safety standards (ISO 12100, AS/NZS 4024.1201, and AS/NZS 4024.1503).
