With iOS 11, Minutes Machine Plus saves your meetings in files that you can save and share with other people. Share buttons on all screens let you share your meeting information using Mail, Notes, and connected printers. Use Settings to customize your shared data —‚ separate switches let you choose whether or not to share notes, minutes and vote results, as well as details of agenda items along with the basics of your meetings.
When you're using iCloud, your meetings are shared with your iOS devices. Many people find it useful to use an iPad for setting up meetings and then an iPhone or iPod Touch during meetings to keep track of votes and notes for minutes.
Minutes Machine Plus come with built-in templates for meetings ranging from a basic organizational meeting to simple and more complex meetings. You can modify these templates as you need. Remember that these templates are built into Minutes Machine Plus, so you don't have to worry about messing them up: You can always create a new document. Launch Minutes Machine Plus to see Files and tap + to create whichever template you want to use.
Instead of preparing the minutes of the previous meeting in a rush just before the next meeting, with Minutes Machine Plus you can prepare the minutes of a meeting the moment the meeting is adjourned — or even as it's going on. The path from agenda to meeting to minutes has never been simpler.
Minutes Machine Plus is designed for organizations that need to take control of their meetings, agendas, and minutes without breaking the bank. If you are part of the board of a small organization whether it is a small corporation, a homeowners association, a nonprofit organization, a church or other religious institution, a homeowners association, a community organization, or a municipal board, Minutes Machine Plus is designed for you.
The structure of Minutes Machine Plus is common to many meeting practices. Each meeting consists of agenda items. The first is usually a call to order, and the last is usually adjournment. In between, there are topics ("agenda items") to be covered. Some of these may have sub-topics such as specific discussions or votes to be held.
A common format includes an agenda item for old business and another for new business. More complex agendas may have standard agenda items for reports that keep everyone informed. Browse the built-in templates for ideas you can use and modify.
In many organizations, there are reports from committees as well as from managers. With a neatly formatted agenda, it's simple to keep track of what has happened as well as what will need to happen at the next meeting. A good tip is that the next meeting's agenda should match this meeting's minutes.
