Integrates with you the Apple Health to provide personalised information during your workout.

Follow the preprogrammed workouts, appropriate for your fitness levels, and tap the screen every rep! This allows you to track your fitness and see progress with tangible results for their effort. By tapping the screen it makes the app more interactive as a workout and takes the boredom away from standard body weight movements and exercises. You can skip an exercise if you want with the ‘next’ option; however, the programs and workouts have been designed with the right amount or time or reps and rest periods by experts so will provide for appropriate workout for you level.

The app offers individual workouts in the workout area for users to choose, follow and pick their own workouts. The app also offers a variety of programs for users to follow. Simply pick either a workout or a program and follow the workouts and tap away. Push notifications for your fitness program will keep you on track and make sure you never miss a workout.

Further benefits to the tapping is that it hits body parts you might otherwise not use and helps with co-ordination and engagement. You will push yourself more with targets to hit and measurable results.

MiPT really gives you Fitness On Tap!! With over 175 unique exercises and a vast library of workouts to choose from you will find working out has never been so fun.

The app is best used with an iPhone and iPad holder (gooseneck) available from.....this is our suggestion and has been field tested. 
However; if you do not have one then there are plenty of workouts and programs to get you started with ‘Phone Only’ workouts. Simply put your phone on the floor and get tapping away!
