Mission Ecopossible

Mission Ecopossible is an interactive, story-based adventure game that makes it fun to learn about the environment! Follow the story of Dede, a sea turtle whose home is destroyed by trash pollution. Thankfully, Bebe’s friend Cece is there to help, and together the three of you are ready to take action. Meanwhile, Dede’s friend Bebe is quite skeptical about cleaning the ocean, but maybe you can change his mind. As you journey with Dede and Cece on a mission to clean up the trash, learn all about the different categories of waste and what items belong in each. Then, get the chance to sort all the trash you have collected. Do you have what it takes to save the habitat of Dede, Cece, and Bebe?

This app was created by the ECOders, a team consisting of Anisha Kabir, Fan Wang, Karen Ly, and Zhuofan Li, who participated in Dandilyonn’s 2020 SEEDs program. The app’s purpose is to educate users about ocean pollution and the proper disposal of waste. Through storytelling, adventures, music, and characters, Mission Ecopossible empowers all audiences to make a difference in their community from the small yet impactful step of properly disposing of their waste.
