Mister Pizza is the Lord of pizzas, the prince of Neapolitan dough, the king of Mediterranean taste: after having conquered the palate of many Florentines in Via Pietrapiana 82 R (Zona Santa Croce), Mr Pizza in 2013 opens a second store in full center, in the splendid setting of P.zza Duomo 5 R.
The formula is the winning one of churning out pizzas and focacce non stop, with continuous hours from morning until late at night. In Piazza Duomo it is also added the novelty of the cafeteria that welcomes customers with excellent breakfasts from 11.30 in the morning. With table service, take away or home delivery, pizza can be enjoyed in its many varieties, kneaded to art by true Neapolitan pizzaioli.
The pizza dough is soft, with natural leavening of 24 H, high edge, stretched by hand, as per typical Neapolitan tradition and baked in the oven for a few minutes to have a fragrant pizza outside, soft and thinner in the center. The classic ones are a tried and tested certainty, while the specialties are a world to discover, like Mr Pizza, with Porcini Mushrooms and 'Nduja, Vecchia Napoli, Sausage and Friarielli, or our Calzone stuffed with Mushrooms, Carciofini and Prosciutto Cotto. Unfailing is the use, at the request of the customer, of the Mozzarella di Bufala in all the pizzas, delivered fresh daily from our suppliers. To accompany, or as an alternative to pizza, you can also order Mixed Salads, Carpaccio di Bresaola, Rocket and Grana or Salmon and Tuna, Caprese with Buffalo and addition of Raw, a delicious Italian fried, French fries, as well as Primi and second courses, prepared expressly by our staff and accompanied by our Focaccia Calda, baked daily.
The mission of the Staff and the owner is to deliver to our customers a quality product, at a moderate price, with respect for the seasonality and quality of raw materials, high level, used. The unfailing Farina Caputo for the doughs, as well as the Pomodoro Torrente sauce and the Mozzarella di Bufala DOP Campana, are just some of the good reasons to come and visit us.
