Mitel Mobile Client

The Mitel MC solution will integrate your workers’ mobile extensions with your Mitel communications system. Mobile workers will have access to typical telephony features as if they were using their Mitel IP desk phones.
With Mitel MC the users can be reached on a single number, regardless of the device they are using, this is improving the effectiveness of enterprise users communication.
The following are examples of some services that can be invoked from Mitel MC GUI: Voice Mail, Call Forwarding, Message Diversion (Lunch, Meeting, Vacation...), etc…
Technical details and features are depending on the call manager connected.
The Mitel MC dual mode function will setup the call over internet when you are in range of Wi-Fi access and in that way drastically reduce the mobile calling cost. Another feature that helps users to reduce mobile costs is the Mitel MC Mobile Least Cost Routing (MLCR) feature. It will provide the enterprises control of their mobile users’ long distance and roaming call set-up methods, which will enable them to significantly reduce their overall mobile phone costs.
For users with high demand on security, the Mitel MC encrypted VoIP will make mobile VoIP calling even more secure.

Mitel MC requires the Mitel MC Controller in order to be able to integrate with the enterprise systems.
