MLP Chinese ASR

This is the ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) app for MLP Chinese curriculum. It allows users to practice spoken Chinese in a fun setting. The app queries users to speak a given Chinese phrase, which we then analyze for correctness, and provide feedback accordingly.

MLP Chinese curriculum is designed for children of Chinese immigrants who are learning Mandarin Chinese as a heritage language. The ASR component is designed to be a part of a complete curriculum set including textbook, workbooks, and vocab cards, and not as a standalone Chinese learning app.
