The Purpose of the Kappa Leadership Development League is to improve the image of today's youth and thus raise aspirational levels. Through club oriented responsibilities while yet enjoying youth today. Realizing the hastening maturing of today's youth, academic and educational advancement for leadership training, but will take advantage of this program to start the practical leadership process.
