Saudi Industrial Property Authority, usually called Modon is an organization responsible for development and creation of industrial and technological zones in Saudi Arabia. Its main goal is simple – encouraging local and global enterprises to operate in Saudi Arabia. However the complexity and scope of its operations are unprecedented.

Modon encompasses over 40 industrial estates – already completed or at the development stage – comprising more than 150 million square meters, over 300 000 employees and billion dollar investments – all in order to create and maintain zones attractive for largest private entrepreneurs from all over the world.

One of Modon’s currently developed projects is Sudair Industrial City – an investment of 258 square kilometers located in the vicinity of Rijad. The city is envisaged as the next step in Modon’s operations, uniquely meeting the needs of both employers and employees who will inhabit it. The city will feature zones for various industries, storehouses and offices – as well as high class residential areas, modern housing estates and prestigious shopping centers.

To present this project and underline the advantages of specific estates we’ve prepared an innovative mobile application, implementing comprehensive visualizations of investments in specific zones using the Augmented Reality technology. The presented 3D model of the whole investment features pins which trigger visualizations of specific parts of Sudair Industrial City.

This allows the viewers to see the exemplary storehouses in the logistic zone or Ready Made Factories, as well as the interiors of apartments for employees and houses in the prestigious neighborhoods.
