MOI Inventory Theft Detection

What is it about?

MOI Inventory is a self-guided application to assist business owners in identifying and responding to theft and fraud in the workplace. This includes sales persons, suppliers, drivers, employees and customers. Using the MOI principle, (Motive, Opportunity, Indicators), this program allows you to weigh the likelihood of theft or fraud occurring and deterring or detecting the incidents and persons involved. Along with a scoring mechanism to see where persons pose risk, the application advises as to how to mitigate risk by adjusting opportunity. The MOI Inventory application also includes references to the Criminal Code of Canada. Sections include how to observe, apprehend and respond to theft and fraud.
