What is it about?

Momi APP is an employee engagement solution. It improves employee engagement by using gamification techniques by rewarding and recognizing desired behaviour. Employees are encourage to perform daily activity, by doing so employees receive game points. Games points are tracked on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly. Employees who earn the minimum threshold points will receive a reward on a monthly basis. The APP has a chat box known as Connect plus that will act as social media platform to allow sharing and recognition of employee’s achievement. Upon achieving desired outcome, employees can redeem reward in the APP. To assist employees the APP has calendar function is integrated with Google calendar. The solution includes an admin panel where employers can monitor and control outcome through a web-based dashboard that include data analytics.
