Moms On The Run is about Fitness, Fun & Friendship! This one-of-a-kind 5k training program is currently in Minnesota with plans to expand nationally within the next year. The Moms On The Run app developed by Acts Media Inc. allows users to track both daily workout runs and road races, with the ability to view weekly, monthly, and lifetime stats in each category. Body weight and composition tracking are also available, and users can view the training schedules and interact with the Moms On The Run Facebook page. All iTunes users are welcome to use the app but MOTR membership is required for password access to the training schedules.
