Monitor247 is like an automated ‘panic button’ for elderly or single people, but it is just an app and no hardware is needed.

Unlike a panic button, Monitor247 doesn’t require users to press a button in case of emergency. The app automatically monitors activity of the user by monitoring movements or usage of their phone.

No worries if users don’t use their phone frequently. You can adjust how often movements will be monitored. Monitoring is automatically disabled when users are sleeping and users can also pause monitoring when desired.

If users want, the app can also share other information with their caregivers:
- When was the last activity detected
- What is the battery percentage
- Current location
- And / or only share what your location is in case of emergency

For privacy reasons, the sharing of all information can be switched on / off.
