Discover Mood Shift Path Navigator, your personal tool for tracking and understanding your emotional journey during walks. Easily start a walk by tapping the "Start Walk" button, then select your current emotions from a list: Joy, Calm, Fatigue, Tension, Irritation, or Emptiness. You can choose up to three emotions to accurately reflect your feelings. During your walk, you can add a short comment if desired.

At the end, press "Finish Walk" and again choose your emotions. You can also leave a brief comment about your experience. Each walk is stored as a card in your history, showing the date, duration (tracked via timer), start and end emotions, and optional notes. The app visualizes your emotional change with a color-gradient line flowing from start to finish, illustrating your mood transition graphically.

Analyze your data with trend graphs that display how your overall emotional state evolves over weeks or months. The app highlights walks with the most significant emotional transformations, such as negative to positive shifts, helping you identify effective routines and moments of mood improvement.
