TRACK MOOD

Each time you open Anticipate, you’ll see a prediction of how you might feel that day. It’s based on your recent sleep, activity, weather, travel, and journal. If it feels right, great. If not, you can adjust or replace it with your own mood and journal entry.

SEE PATTERNS

To spot patterns beyond today, head to the calendar. It’s pre-filled for you with what’s been affecting your days, helping you notice and shift unhelpful cycles. You can also add context to your days by tagging triggers and positive events.

FIND SUPPORT

If your day feels heavy, you’ll find a self-care toolkit waiting on the homepage. Phil the chatbot is always here to listen and suggest one small step to help you feel better. And if you’d like extra support, you can turn on a guided routine, a friendly voice will walk you through it.

NO WATCH

Anticipate works with just your phone’s motion data. Using an Apple Watch provides deeper insight into sleep (like sleep phases) and activity (like exercise time), but it’s not required for Anticipate to support you.

PRIVATE

Anticipate ensures your data always stays private and secure:

• You could be anyone: No email or real name required, just Face ID or Touch ID.
• Only you have access: Face ID or Touch ID is needed every time you open the app.
• Data stays local: Sensitive information you share stored on your device.
• No black box: You can view every data point behind your mood predictions.
• You’re in control: Delete or disable your data anytime in Settings.
• No ad tracking: Your data is never used for ads, it powers only the core features.

Anticipate is designed to help you log your moods and build awareness through reflection. It is not a monitoring or diagnostic device and should not be relied on by people with serious mental health conditions. The app may occasionally misjudge your mood, and your role is to correct these guesses rather than rely on them as accurate. Please keep this in mind when using the app.

We don’t run ads or sell your data. Subscriptions are what keep Anticipate riding waves with you.

Anticipate is free to download and try. During your 7-day trial, see how well Anticipate monitors your mental state, health, and the events around you. If you wish to continue, you’ll get an auto-renewing subscription:

• Subscription options: $3.99/month, $19.99/year. These prices are for United States. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period ends. During onboarding, you can set a reminder so you won’t have to worry about missing this deadline and making an accidental payment.
• You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. We provide a direct link in the app to help you do this easily.
• Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed.
• If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.
