Mooltik is a powerful editor that allows you to animate foreground and background independently. Think looping rain animation in the background and two fighters in the foreground. And you are not limited to just two layers. You can use as many as you need.

Each frame can be precisely timed – shortened or extended as necessary. There is no set framerate, you choose the duration of each image you create. The timeline in Mooltik is more similar to a video editor rather than the traditional animation software timeline.

Mooltik was built with simplicity in mind. It is easy to get started with it and discover more features on the go. The app is still under active development, so expect even more exciting features in the future.
