BUILD YOUR HOME PROJECT LIST
◇The first essential step is to add all of your projects to MOREPHO - ranging from a simple chore or DIY project, to a complex job that requires professional expertise.
◇Organize each project by home area, and assign a Do-it-by date. Always motivate yourself by targeting a due date!
◇Add more detail to each Project Card with a project description, upload up to 14 photos to document before & after progress, and create a Project Checklist.
◇For difficult projects, use the Budget feature to see how much money you need to save daily before the Do-it-by date. This is helpful to understand how to change your daily habits to save, and set a realistic due date.
◇Check out Local Hardware Stores for your DIY projects. These businesses are hand selected and have very high reviews for customer service. Support local!
◇Have an emergency repair? Need a local, trustworthy professional ASAP? Use the Local Pros section to reach out to them directly.
◇When you are ready to share a project with a local professional on MOREPHO use the “Request a Pro” toggle to share the Project Card to start receiving proposals. The more detail & photos you add the more accurate the proposal will be.
◇Push notifications and email alerts will be sent to you when a pro adds a proposal to your Project Card.
◇Q/A feature for each Project Card where MOREPHO Pros can ask questions to get more information about your project to give you an even more accurate proposal.
◇Review up to three proposals at a time per project. Reject proposals to allow more proposals to be uploaded.
◇Like the proposal? Approve it to share your email with the MOREPHO Professional and they will reach out to you to take the next step!
◇Maintain two-way accountability using the Milestone Tracker. The MOREPHO Pro will create a project plan listing key milestones uploading invoices accordingly. The homeowner has the option to approve or reject the completed milestone in order to view the invoice.
◇When the project is done click the check mark bubble. The project will move to the Done Archive for your records which will be useful for taxes and when it comes time to sell your house!

MOREPHO PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
◇Pros only from Connecticut. Expanding to other states soon as we scale!
◇High quality local general contractors, craftsmen and home designers only.
◇Family or independently-owned that serve neighborhoods within 15-25 miles.
◇No national or regional owned companies.

MOREPHO PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION PROCESS
◇Invite only via homeowner word-of-mouth or high quality reputation in the area. Use the Contact page in the app to send your recommendations!
◇First interview with MOREPHO team.
◇Verify all necessary state licenses and pass background checks.
◇Pass MOREPHO Certification Exam testing their field of expertise and emotional intelligence.
◇Require at least three homeowner references interviewed by the MOREPHO team.
◇Final interview by other MOREPHO Professionals who achieved certification.
