We have an extremely diligent hiring process, we start with only accepting candidates with a minimum 3 years of experience in the profession, background checks, minimum 3 reference checks, social media checks, multiple interviews with our team and require certain certifications such as CPR. We take many. steps to finding quality care givers. 

We understand that every family has unique requirements. Our platform allows us to match nannies with families based on individual preferences, skills and availability, guaranteeing a harmonious fit. It keeps both families and nannies in the loop with real-time messaging and notifications so that we can communicate as quickly as possible to confirm bookings with both the Family and Nanny.
