Have you ever been somewhere and wondered what the name of the mountain, you saw somewhere in the distance, was? How far away it is? How high, exactly, is it?

The Mountains app does exactly that: it allows you to find and identify mountains.

The database contains over 130.000 mountains, ranging from 300 meters / 1000 feet, all the way up to the Mount Everest, standing at 8850 meters / 29035 feet.
