Request a consultation – open the MouthChat app and request a consult, provide your medical reason for the visit, pay for the consult, see your Pediatric Dentist.



Talk to a Pediatric Dentist – Within minutes, a licensed Pediatric Dentist will review your chief complaint for the current visit, along with a review of your medical history. You can select your consultation type – via video, phone, chat.

Prescriptions – During and after your consult, your visiting doctor will answer your questions and recommend next steps as part of your assessment and plan. And if medically necessary, a prescription can be electronically sent to your pharmacy of your choice.

Perform examinations from information and photos provided by guardians.

Use phone voice or video chat to communicate with parents and guardians.

Provide education to guardians, new parents, and health care professionals.

Complete treatment plans for patients and call in referrals or prescriptions as needed
