Move More Freely will help you improve your flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in your entire body.
We are genuinely interested in improving your health by using our three core methods:
Pilates. In his book Return to Life through Contrology, Joseph Pilates presented his method as the art of controlled movements, which should look and feel like a workout (not a therapy) when properly manifested. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
Yoga. An old discipline from India and is the Sanskrit word for union. It is both spiritual and physical. Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation and helps to improve health and happiness. Patanjali was a pioneer of classical yoga and he defined yoga as "the cessation of the modification of the mind".
Biomechanics. A study and analysis of human movement, it can simply be described as the physics of the body. Our Biomechanics coaches help people obtain optimal muscle recruitment and performance and use their knowledge to apply proper load bearing techniques to preserve the body.
