App Store Description

The MVMT BY MATT Fitness app focuses on the individual as a whole. You will find daily a mobility session, and also bodyweight, kettlebell and full gym ongoing programs.

This app is for anyone who wants to learn to use their body on a healthier, more involved level. Together we will increase your strength, joint health and mobility> If you REALLY want to make life changes we also have daily health goals trackers to monitor your water intake, sleep, movement and food quality. this will create a holistic view of your overall well-being, not just your latest PR… But we will celebrate that too!


There are four ongoing training programs that you get unlimited access to:


1. Stretch & Mobility (15 Min)

This accompanies ANY of our programs perfectly and is highly encouraged to do every day.
Equipment Needed: None


2. A** and Abs (30 Min)

Who doesn't want both of those? Male or females we can all agree on a nice peach and some washboard abs. Build the mid section you always wanted right here.
Equipment Needed: Booty Bands and a 12-16 in box, chair or ledge (Barbell and dumbbells is a plus)


Bodyweight Athlete (30 Min)

We don't have equipment, but trust me this not for the faint of heart. You will find animal flows, balance challenges, butt burners, core chiselers and much more.
Equipment Needed: None


3. Kettlebell Strength (45 Min)

Tap into your flow state while building coordination, strength and power. Always a favorite.
Equipment Needed: a Single Kettlebell


4. Full Gym Athlete (1 Hour)

The full gym paradise. This is a periodized program for the hungry athlete. Nothing is forgotten.
Equipment Needed: Standard Crossfit Gym
