Subscriptions and Trials

Trial Periods
• The App offers two trial periods:
 1. A 1-week free trial for the monthly subscription ($0.99 per month).
 2. A 2-week free trial for the annual subscription ($8.99 per year).
• After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

Subscriptions
• By subscribing, you agree to be charged the subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel.
• Subscriptions are billed:
 • Monthly: $0.99 per month.
 • Annually: $8.99 per year.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase or renewal.

Auto-Renewal
• All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

Cancellation
• You may cancel your subscription or trial at any time through your Apple device:
 1. Open Settings on your device.
 2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
 3. Select Subscriptions and choose the Movie or Show subscription.
 4. Tap Cancel Subscription to disable future renewals.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy
• All refund requests must be handled through Apple. Please refer to Apple’s refund policies for assistance.
• To request a refund, follow these steps:
 1. Open the App Store app on your device.
 2. Tap your profile picture at the top of the screen.
 3. Tap “Purchased.”
 4. Find the Movie or Show subscription or Lifetime Access and tap “Report a Problem.”
 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your refund request.
• Refunds will be processed in accordance with Apple’s refund policies.
