This movie showtime app has a ton of features. On top of getting movie showtimes, you can connect to social networks to share reviews, connect to the Rotten Tomatoes movie review website, watch trailers, rate movies, and even connect to Yelp for nearby restaurants. This is a great app that packs a ton of useful features into one app for movie fanatics.

Find theaters. There are more theaters around you than you would initially think. Flixster helps you find them all by using your geolocation data and pulling up all nearby theaters within your vicinity. Everything is sorted and grouped by distance, so it's super easy to find the theater you're looking for. When you find the theaters you normally go to, just tap on them to view showtimes and purchase tickets. You can also star your theaters to add them for faster and quicker reference in the future.

Rate movies. There are a lot of movies out there but you want your voice heard. That's why you're able to rate films you've seen directly in the Flixster app. Just find the movie you're looking for, tap on it to view the details, and then take action: add it to your watch list, say you're not interested if you don't care, or add your rating. The rating is out of five stars and you can even give it half stars if needed. Once a movie is rated, it will show up in your account so your friends and family can see what your overall impressions of the movie are.

View movies. The first thing you'll see in Flixster is the box office tab. This tab lets you view all of the movies that are currently out in theaters, but you can switch over to see what is upcoming as well. There is also a news tab to get headlines relating to the entertainment industry if you want to stay on top of that. All movies will be shown with its current Rotten Tomatoes score so you can quickly see with a single glance if a title is worth trekking out for, or perhaps it's a title that is best saved for a DVD release. Speaking of, you can also check out DVD releases in that section if you prefer to stay at home and watch movies. Flixster has it all!
