Movn Rehab 1

Movn Rehab partners with your health care provider to provide outpatient cardiac rehabilitation, education, and support in the comfort of your own home.

Movn Rehab helps you increase physical fitness, monitor cardiac symptoms and better communicate with your heath care provider to improve health and reduce the risk of future heart problems, including heart attacks.

After speaking with your health care provider, you'll receive an e-mail invitation to participate in Movn Rehab. This invitation has both your hospital code and user information, which you'll need to register.

After receiving your invitation, getting started with Movn Rehab is simple, involving only a few quick steps:

1) Download and install Movn Rehab from the App Store
2) Enter your hospital code
3) Enter your user information

And that's it!

From that point forward, you can see the goals for your customized exercise plan, log your activity for your physician visits, learn more about your condition, communicate directly with your health care provider, and more!
