MPI Property App

Features:-

1. Allows tenants to log requests for property maintenance and potentially other services.


2. Allows NDIS Service Provider property managers to conduct regular inspections, schedule work, look for quotes from contractors, accept quotes and monitor delivery of the contractor services. There are multiple scenarios addressed such as emergency work, regular scheduled work, management of financial approvals for work to proceed. Managers use their mobile phones to take pictures of work to be done and forward to approved list of contractors for quoting.

3. Allows contractors to view requests for services and quote for work, view pictures of work to be done and quote via their mobile phone, take pictures of work completed as evidence of completion. Interact via the app with managers when there are queries – scheduling timed on-site, etc


While the app allows mobility for challenging requirements managing many properties used for support of those with disabilities, the app and cloud services is also suitable for the less challenging and more traditional property management requirements, providing a collaborative platform between tenants, multiple property owners, and property managers.
