App Store Description

The MPN10 project was developed by leading haematologists so as to facilitate better communications with patients and their clinician.

This tool is designed to enable you to better monitor your myeloproliferative neoplasm symptoms, and share them in detail with your clinician group

The app has been designed to allow for intuitive and quick input of the various symptoms of myeloproliferative neoplasm. Each day you can record the severity of ten symptoms on a scale of one to ten, with ten being the most severe.

Once symptom records have been logged, you can see the history of each of your symptoms across a time period of your choosing. As well as tracking each individual symptoms progress, the app shows an average of your symptoms to show an overall trend.

Clinicians have access to a private portal to track your data in a variety of ways. They can also access the same graph view that is available in your application, ensuring that you can discuss trends in the exact same way.

To gain access the application, you mist be given an access leaflet supplied by your GP. This leaflet contains instructions on how to download and install the application, along with a unique, one time use access code which you must enter to be granted application access.
