The mProve YOURSELF app contains a wide range of tools and advice for a happier, healthier you.
With mProve you can access:
• A range of guided meditations and breathing exercises
• fitness and resistance training videos that you can do at the gym or the comfort of your own home
• sleep courses to help improve the quality of your sleep
• a 30-days to happiness course
• a range of mental wellbeing courses and information on how to cope with stress, depression, anxiety and look after your mental health
• advice on how to live with a chronic condition
• music to meditate to
• and physiotherapy-led advice on lower back, neck, elbow and wrist issues.
All of our content is suitable for beginners as well as more advanced users, from relaxing meditations to High Intensity Interval Training videos.
We’ll be adding more content over the coming months, from physical to mental wellbeing.
Please note, this is a closed app and is only available to Medicash policyholders and those who have been provided with an access code by our sister organisation Health@Work or your employer.
