mSwasthya™ Health Tracker

Developed under mSwasthya™, 'mSwasthya™ Health Tracker' includes the two parts of the app,

First is 'Diabetes Tracker' keeps track of an individuals' blood glucose values. Diabetic patients can maintain a record of the glucose values and see a trend chart to monitor their health. The app provides an indication as low, moderate and high based on the values recorded. The log displays the values last recorded and can be viewed anytime and anywhere.
The patients can send diabetic trend chart as an attachment to a medical expert for consultation.

Second is 'Blood Pressure' keeps track of an individual's blood pressure values. Patients with high or low blood pressure can maintain a record of the blood pressure values and see a trend chart to monitor their health with three different values of systolic, diastolic and pulse.

'mSwasthya™ Health Tracker' has developed by C-DAC Mohali and is built for iPhone, iPad devices with iOS version 7.0 and above. User has to signup an account with mswasthya™ web application either from this mobile application or to website at www.mswasthya.in
