Deck view allows you to BROWSE TOP 8 lists from many recent tournaments and store those lists on your device for offline viewing. Searching various events for top 8 lists is integrated right into the device. After tweaking these lists you can then export and share them with a friend.
MTG Deck Viewer also allows you to open deck files exported from MTGO or various Deck Building utilities and view them with an enhanced interface (instead of just staring at the contents of a text file).
Some of the supported deck formats include:
.dek (MGTO file format)
.txt (several flavors of simple text deck lists)
.dec
