MentorYou (MU)

MU provides a platform to join a network of Pearson people who are looking to build a strong mentoring relationship and are willing to share their experiences and knowledge to further their own, and someone else's development.
The MU app is a simple, quick and effective way to connect you to people who can help you right away.


You have both the opportunity both to become, or request a mentor, and we encourage an organic mentoring partnership between our Pearson members. Our mentor and mentee database is open and searchable to all Pearson employees who register, allowing you to find someone that you consider suitable as your mentoring partner.

MUnity is your space to share your knowledge and experience and learn from others.

You can use the forum to share articles and relevant information, updates, start discussions, post or respond to queries, ask for support from your fellow mentors and mentees, and earn valuable profile badges and points.
