Mudras & Movements

At the start of 2025, Mudras & Movements was founded in Koh Samui, Thailand. Nestled in
calm Choeng Mon and within the sprawling Royal Muang Samui Villas, the location is
intentional. Surrounded by mountains, Mudras & Movements is a safe space where you can
explore and understand your body, mind, & soul - a place dedicated to your growth. Every group
class is an intimate experience, with only six students for Reformer Pilates and ten students for
mat-based classes (such as mat Pilates, Barre, Yoga, & Sound Healing). This ensures that each
partiicpant receives the individual attention they deserve; specifically tailored to their anatomy.
Mudras & Movements recognises the importance of community so rotates through a variety of
events and workshops. For example: group meditations, bi-weekly art sessions, breathwork
journeys, sharing circles, dance workshops,, and more! Some events/ workshops may be
recurring while others may be one-off; regardless of frequency, the goal is to support mental and
emotional well-being.
