With the latest update, the app now includes nine built-in absence types, each clearly labeled and color-coded for quick identification:

P for Paid Time Off (blue)

V for Vacation (green)

A for Unexcused Absence (red)

H for Holiday (purple)

B for Bereavement Leave (black)

J for Jury Duty (orange)

F for Family & Medical Leave (FMLA) (teal)

M for Maternity Leave (pink)

L for Leave of Absence (brown)

The new absence selector has been completely redesigned for better usability. It now features a scrollable, two-column grid layout with circular, color-coded buttons representing each absence type. Each button is clearly labeled and easy to tap, and the currently selected type is shown at the top with a visual highlight.

This professional and user-friendly design allows users to tap any calendar cell and instantly assign or edit an absence type. Custom codes can also be added, offering flexibility for unique team needs.
