It estimates permeability from grain size, moisture, and compactability, and predicts green strength from moisture, clay, and compactability. It shows how compactability will change for each mL of water per kg of sand, and fixes LOI after new sand is added or after burn-out. It picks a good mulling time from batch size, binder %, and mixer power, and converts strength or permeability to a standard test size. It flags thermal shock risk using LOI, GFN, and moisture so you can act early. It splits your total binder % into bentonite, coal dust, and other by simple rules.
