What is it about?
MunchFitt App ensures that clients maintain their diet while still being able to enjoy food made in fast food chains. The user will open the application and select the fast food center that they are at. Upon the selection the user will be presented with a list of menu items that are within the user’s given macro-nutrient restrictions (see macro-nutrient tracking explanation below). In addition, the app will facilitate the process of grocery shopping, as the application will generate a list of items for the user’s diet and three different price points for selection. Eating healthy does not mean eating expensive!
