With My Arval, you can stay connected and manage your vehicle needs 24/7, 365 days a year—from any device, wherever you are.

The app includes the following features (availability may vary by country, but additional features will be rolled out over time):
- Order Status: Track the status of your new vehicle order and stay informed about expected delivery dates.
- My Vehicle: View key information about your current vehicle.
- My Contract: See the full list of services included in your contract.
- My Documents: Easily access important documents such as your vehicle paperwork, return and delivery reports, insurance certificates, and invoices.
- Roadside Assistance: Request help directly through the app if you encounter a problem while on the road.
- Garage Locator & Appointments: Find a workshop for maintenance, tyre changes, or inspections—and book an appointment at a location that suits you.
- Report a Claim: Submit a damage report after an accident, including all required information.
- Online Requests: Submit forms for items like fuel cards, environmental stickers, or a replacement vehicle.
- Contact Arval: Access our FAQs or find the relevant Arval contact numbers for further assistance.
- End of Contract: Get guidance on how to return your vehicle, or request a quote if you’re interested in purchasing it.
