With your health professional you can create a digital version of your customised Action plan, complete with all the steps and information personalised just for you. When you need to let someone know about your asthma or what to do when your symptoms worsen, you can send them a copy directly from the app.

MyAsthma contains vital first aid information for every asthma scenario. Follow the steps in the acronym ASTHMA to remember what to do, and help others help you too. MyAsthma also contains important information around different medications and triggers, to keep you informed at all times.
