This state-of-the-art bladder app tracks and logs bladder and pelvic symptoms along with possible triggers. In addition, this app tracks overall wellness, urination frequency, pain, stress, diet, hydration, exercise, sleep, and sexual activity all involved as it relates to the pelvic region.

Conducive for any lifestyle, the My Better Bladder™ app records and logs in real-time with a user-friendly interface that works with just the simple touch of a finger.

Daily entries are easy to insert and record. My Better Bladder™ app tracks and logs various pain levels (location and severity), urinary stream strength, duration, frequency, and nocturia (night-time urination). This app also tracks dietary supplements, to better help the patient and doctor more accurately identify what works and might not work as well.

Additional symptom categories include:

Stress - Which can greatly impact IC symptoms.

Diet - Foods and beverages right down to the meal to help map how certain foods may positively or negatively impact IC symptoms and triggers.

Hydration - Records how many glasses of water you drink per day.
