events, Brio has developed an app which is available to our Homeowners.


Booking a table at Slate and Grain Brasserie and Bar

You can book a table for yourself and friends, small or
large groups, just make your selections on the app.

Reserving a space on your favourite yoga class

Brio will arrange a range of fitness and lifestyle classes
for you to enjoy. You can book your space really
simply, and cancel if you change your mind.

Booking a place on one of the activities

There will be a number of activities happening
throughout the day, 7 days a week. See something
you fancy, simply book your place via the app.

Ordering S&G Home Delivery

Movie night or relaxing evening in, the choice is yours.
Simply order from the menu what you would like, and
we’ll take care of the rest.

Buying those S&G Essentials

Run out of milk? No problem, simply order through
the app from the options available and we’ll deliver to
your door.

Keeping up to date on Brio news, events and stories

Make sure you keep up to date with what’s happening
in your community, this is super easy on the app –
never miss out on any events!

Booking a housekeeper

Our onsite housekeepers are available 7 days a week
so if you need a little help, simply put your request in
through the app and the concierge team will arrange
this for you.

Making payments

Don’t worry about carrying cash with you when in the
community, you can confirm payments for meals and
drinks which will then be
included in your monthly invoice. You can view these via the app.
