My Campus Enhances Security Services of College Management. My Campus eliminates burden of maintaining logbook of visitors and students,staff leaving the campus. Student should create Gate Pass through Application which is then Approved or rejected by warden or mentor or princpal. student should show QR to security who scans the QR and get status of Pass. If Pass is Approved Then only student is allowed to leave the campus.
Same Way Visitor Passes can created by security or warden or mentor. Visitor as to show QR code to security who scans QR code to get Details of Visitor Pass and Allow Visitor get into campus.All The Passes Data are maintained in campus database for reference.
