My Care+

MyCare+ is part of a Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) initiative and has been developed to protect the emotional health of the frontline responders as part of the COVID19 response in Pakistan.
The frontline responders include healthcare staff, law enforcement personnel, local administration, rescue and ambulance staff etc.

This guide is evidence-based and offers a highly personalized assessment of stress. It focuses on clinical utility and is based on a decision-making tree which makes it easier for the user to assess and manage their stress following a step-by-step guide. It also allows the users to share their assessments with experienced counsellors and seek further help, where necessary.
