The My Healthy Eating app was created by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She has used this model of eating to help her clients reach and maintain their healthy weights, minimize their intake of empty “junk food” calories and to manage their food and sugar cravings.
For International customers:
The My Healthy Eating App database of foods can be customized for use in any food culture if you have the Calorie, Protein, Carbohydrate and Fat content of the food. Calculations for the pre-loaded data base were derived using the USDA Nutrient Database.
