Set the number of repetitions (e.g. 8), high and low intensity interval durations (e.g. 30/60 seconds), warm up and cool down time and start the timer.
The application vibrates the device, says loudly "High", "Low", "Cool Down" and uses colors to display current phase of training (red - high, green - low).
