If you are interested in fat-burning high intensity workouts like HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Tabata, interval cycling, running, weight training or boxing, then this application is for you.

Set the number of repetitions (e.g. 8), high and low intensity interval durations (e.g. 30/60 seconds), warm up and cool down time and start the timer.

The application vibrates the device, says loudly "High", "Low", "Cool Down" and uses colors to display current phase of training (red - high, green - low).
